New insight into our management of primary biliary cirrhosis

　　原发性胆汁性肝硬化(primary biliary cirrhosis,PBC)是一种慢性进展性自身免疫性疾病,中老年女性多见,主要表现为肝内小胆管进行性破坏伴门脉炎症性改变,最终导致纤维化及肝硬化.过去认为国内很少发病,是一种罕见病.随着医学免疫学的发展和人们认识水平的不断提高,国外文献[1,2]报道该病患病率呈逐年增加趋势,高达30/10万.……
